01. The order

Which brands do you stock?

We at TSE CRICKET stock most of the internationally renowned brands such as SS TON, SG, Adidas, MRF, GM, New Balance, Grey Nicholls, DSC, CA, and Kookaburra. We always will look forward to expanding our range on the basis of demand so that we become the go-to destination for all your cricketing needs.

Is your payment network secure?

Yes, our payment network is secure, we do not save or see your payment details.

Do you provide warranty on your Bats?

We only provide warranty on Cricket Bats in case there is a defect from the manufacturers end. Please read the following carefully before claiming warranty on your cricket bats purchased from us:

  • A Cricket bat is made from a natural willow and is not going to look new forever & cracks will appear with the passage of time. They can occur during the knocking-In process or while playing and do not necessarily resemble a fault/defect. It may be an indication of insufficient knocking and preparation.
  • Small Cracks are normal and does not impact the performance of the bat. Sanding down can remove these small cracks.
  • Damage caused by dampness, swelling of toe or moisture damage – This is not a manufacturing defect and won’t be replaced or repaired under warranty.
  • Edge or Toe cracks: This again is not a manufacturing defect and bat will not be replaced as Cricket Bats are made from natural material and cracks are normal and acceptable occurrences. 
  • Handle: We provide a 60-day warranty on the handles and will repair it if it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and no fault of the consumer. The bat will NOT be replaced.
  • Shoulder Crack: It is not a manufacturing defect and bat will not be replaced since it is likely to be caused by a miss-hit or ball hitting the shoulder on the full.
  • Blade Split: If the blade splits into two or if the crack across the blade is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and no fault of the consumer, the bat may be replaced.

02. Shipment

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
